The type of work I do is called birth psychology, which means that I help you work with your mind so that you can experience a pregnancy, birth, and mamahood that promotes the happiness and health of you and your little one.

This can include working through things like fear, past birth trauma, psychological struggles, depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, miscarriage, abortion.

We work on releasing the unspeakable dark and the unimaginable pain.

As we work on releasing what needs to be released, we also grow what wants to be grown:: peace, love, trust, confidence, joy, knowing, curiosity, excitement, lightness.

Send me a note and we’ll find a day and time that works for you. I typically booked about 4-6 weeks in advance.

If you need to schedule our session on an evening or weekend, we can make that happen. At this time, I’m only able to work one-on-one with clients who are living in Alberta, Canada.

payment details::

My rate is $216 per hour and is due in full by the date of our session. You can make your payment using any major credit card, cash, cheque, and debit.

If you have extended health care benefits your payment may be covered — in part, or in full — by your extended health care benefits.

my training & clinical credentials::

I am a Registered Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists and the Canadian Psychological Association. I’ve also studied a very very generous handful of different therapeutic modalities. You can check them out right here.
